What EV? New full fat Aston Martin V12 engine announced Aston’s new engine, we’re told, is the product of a complete redesign. It’ll be turbocharged and produce 823bhp along with 1000Nm of torque, according to the manufacturer – that’s serious territory, though not one that the Gaydon-based company has shied away from with models like the Valkyrie on its CV.
‘The V12 engine has long been a symbol of power and prestige, but it is also a statement of engineering passion and technical prowess,’ Aston Martin Chief Technical Officer, Roberto Fedeli said.
‘With 835PS (328bhp) and 1000Nm (738lb ft) of torque this unparalleled engine represents nothing less than the dawn of a dazzling new V12 era for Aston Martin.”
Now, 823bhp is considerably less than is produced by the Valkyrie’s combined power unit – it has a total power output of a scarcely believable 1144bhp – but then it benefits from an electric motor to supplement the internal combustion engine. 👉Audi’s new, electric Q6 e-Tron is now on sale
The Q6 e-Tron certainly looks familiar, doesn’t it? Not least because we’ve seen it in various prototype forms over the last year after the car, and its electric Porsche Macan stablemate, were so delayed. But also because it’s got so many of those traditional Audi touches, like a large grille-like arrangement at the front and blistered wheelarches front and rear. Audi’s also making a big fuss about the use of light with the Q6, revealing the new model features some firsts for the industry.

💪New #Maserati GranCabrio convertible is ready for summer 2024
Maserati’s drop-top GranCabrio has arrived. The new four-seat convertible is a companion to the GranTurismo GT car, and is ready to make summer a little more glamorous this year.
The ‘100 per cent made in Italy’ convertible is, essentially, a GranTurismo with a foldable roof. It’s fabric for this new generation, as it was for previous models, and will fold in 14 seconds at speeds up to 31mph.
For now, Maserati says the GranCabrio features the brand’s ‘Nettuno’ V6 – a twin-turbo 3.0-litre engine that develops 535bhp here. The engine started life in the MC20 supercar.

😍Purple, drifting Abarth 600e revealed in first picture
Abarth has dropped the first official image of its new 600e model, after the car was caught driving around Milan filming for its official advertisement. The new, warm-ish EV will be revealed in more detail later on, but Abarth has let slip a few performance-focused details already.
The purple car pictured (which we highly doubt will be able to achieve such a drift angle beyond Photoshop) is the launch edition named Scorpionissima. It will be limited to 1949 units – which, conveniently, is the year Abarth was founded – and features a, er, ‘evil essence.’
It will also be the most powerful Abarth so far (moreso than the Abarth 500e, for example), with the 600e featuring 237bhp. On top of that, Abarth says its new EV will feature a mechanical limited-slip differential and tyres that were ‘jointly developed with the supplier for Formula E’ for maximum grip.
As well as the ‘Hypnotic Purple’ paint, the Abarth 600e will feature its own sporty bodykit, bespoke 20-inch wheels and beefier brakes, as well as what looks like a lower ride height when compared to the Fiat 600e it’s based on.
